Policies

• Have your translation project done right the first time! Here's how:

  
  1. Contact us for more information or e-mail us us your files for translation. We'll analyze your project and create a proposal tailored to fit your specific needs.
  2. Accept the proposal by making an advance payment against the estimate of costs (the final rate is typically determined upon completion of the project).
  3. We will perform the translation according to our stringent Translation Quality Assurance Policy.
  4. The finished work product is delivered by the agreed deadline and an invoice is issued upon your approval of the final translation.

• Policies for Translation Service:

  • Rates are calculated according to each project's specific requirements, and while we always strive to provide our clients with the most competitive pricing and turnaround times, rates or estimates of costs cannot be confirmed until we have had the opportunity to analyze each source file for translation.
  • Our translation rates include the guarantee that your translation project will be performed according to our stringent Translation Quality Assurance Policy and that we will be available to respond to your concerns before, during, and after the translation process. However, please understand that any additions or modifications to the source files after the translation process has begun will represent new or additional work and will be billed accordingly.
  • We generally require advance payment of a portion of the estimated costs, although this requirement may be waived in lieu of a Purchase Order in the case of translation agencies and other high-volume clients. We do ask that private individuals prepay all translation services.
  • Our Certified Translation Service includes a Certificate of Accuracy with no additional charge. However, there is an additional service fee for Sworn Translation Service to cover DHL and notary fees, which we ask be prepaid or included in a Purchase Order.

When do you need it?

We offer rush service to complete the most demanding projects on time and we also offer volume discounts when more time is available.

Payment Policy:

PayPal is our preferred method method of payment for prepaid services because it allows us to get to work on your project right away.

For final settlement of invoices we are happy to accept payment via U.S. check, wire transfer, or credit card. Arrangements will be made on a case by case basis and instructions will be provided on your invoice. We ask that payment be made no later than 30 days from date of issue of the invoice.
