Have your translation project done right! Here's how:
Contact us for more information or e-mail us us your files for translation. We'll analyze your project and create a proposal tailored to fit your specific needs.
Confirm your project by making an advance payment or by issuing a Purchase Order, if applicable.
We will perform the translation according to our stringent Translation Quality Assurance Policy.
The finished work product is delivered by the agreed deadline and a final invoice is issued, if applicable.

Terms and Conditions:
Rate quotes are not definitive until we analyze each source file for translation.
Any additions or modifications to the source files once the translation process has begun will represent new work and must be billed accordingly.
We require advance payment for most translation projects or a Purchase Order in the case of translation agencies or other high-volume clients.
All translation services include an optional Certificate of Accuracy at no additional charge. There is an additional fee for Sworn Translation Service to cover notary fees and DHL costs. This fee must be paid in advance or be included on a Purchase Order.
When do you need it?
We offer rush service to complete the most demanding projects on time and we also offer volume discounts when more time is available.

Payment Policy:
PayPal is our preferred method of payment for small projects and it allows us to get to work on your project right away.
For large projects, we accept payment via U.S. check, wire transfer, or credit card. Arrangements will be made upon acceptance of the project and instructions will be provided on your invoice. We ask that payment be made no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Please note that payment may be made with any major credit card through this button.
A PayPal account is not required.
